Update: Posters and Prints
Update May 28: We are still actively working on fulfilling the bundles containing the Signed Teen Michi Posters and Signed Summer Shopping Michi Posters; our fulfillment partner has shared an update that there were some additional delays due to the customized elements. All other backlogged posters should be caught up.
Update April 24: Here's the most up-to-date list of posters and prints that we're still resolving issues for: Teen Michi Poster, Summer Shopping Michi Poster, Signed Teen Michi Poster, Signed Summer Shopping Michi Poster. For the affected posters, our current estimate is to be able to get these moving again within the next 1-2 weeks. All other posters have begun shipping, and you should receive shipping updates via email once they leave our fulfillment center.
Update April 10: Due to some issues that remain with these orders, we are moving forward with splitting orders that contain posters and prints so we can send the unaffected items first. Once we complete our fix for the posters and prints, they will be shipped separately at no extra cost. Once again, we apologize for the ongoing delays and are still tracking all of your orders for fulfillment.
Starting in late February, we began experiencing intermittent issues with our fulfillment of posters and prints. We have now updated our packaging and shipping process for these items and are actively working through our backlog of shipments that have been delayed.

In addition, we are working to ship out three custom-signed posters/prints as soon as possible. All posters have already been signed thanks to Michi and AmaLee, but personalized items tend to take longer to send out given the added time to sign and to ensure we match items to orders with complete accuracy.

Our updated shipping estimate for all items above is by the end of March 2025, with shipments resuming this week. Sorry for the delays and thank you for your patience!
As a reminder, for any orders containing items that have later estimated shipping dates, all items will be held until the entire order is ready. If you want to receive your merch as quickly as possible, we recommend placing separate orders.
