Update: Missing or Delayed Shipments to Canada

On November 15, 2024, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers began a strike against Canada Post, resulting in a temporary halt in shipments in and to Canada. Although the strike came to an end on December 17, Canada Post continues to work through an extensive backlog accumulated during and following the strike.

As recently as early February, reports shared that the backlog may still take another 1-2 months to resolve, and packages sent during the holidays after the strike ended were still delayed by over a month.

For our fans in Canada, we apologize for the missing or delayed shipments for orders placed as early as November. If you have not received your package and a month has passed since the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate further.

It's also possible that the strike action will resume in May 2025. We will continue to share via our Notices section as we receive updates.
