Update April 20: On April 17, Hong Kong announced that they would begin suspending service for packages to and from the United States. This means we are unfortunately unable to ship merchandise to Hong Kong until these policies change.
For orders already placed with a shipping address in Hong Kong, contact us if you'd like to change your shipping address to a different country we service or if you would prefer to cancel your order and receive a refund. Otherwise, we will need to keep your shipment on hold until Hong Kong accepts packages from the United States again. Please keep in mind that we have no estimate on how long this may take.
VShojo Store operates primarily out of the United States with suppliers from around the world. We are closely monitoring news around inbound and outbound tariffs to determine how they may affect merch availability, our operations, and prices.
As the situation continues to rapidly develop, we remain committed to the following:
- Prices are locked at the time of purchase. We will never require customers to pay additional fees to VShojo to release your shipment. If there are changes that affect our ability to fulfill your order, we will communicate the issue and offer a full refund.
- If we choose to adjust our prices in the future, we will clearly indicate the price change on our website.
- We will keep this notice updated with changes caused by tariffs or related topics and policies as they are implemented in our store.
