Potential Canada Post Strike Action (New Update Jun 17)

Potential Canada Post Strike Action (New Update Jun 17)

Update June 17: DHL Express has now suspended services in Canada until further notice, starting on the evening of June 17. For all of our Canadian fans who are waiting on shipments and have paid for express shipping, we will be upgrading the shipping method to Duties and Taxes Paid Expedited. Overall, the cost is similar and is likely to save on fees as we will be paying for your accrued duties and taxes ahead of time. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

Update May 23: Canada Post has confirmed that there is no ongoing strike action as previously reported. There may be strikes in the future, but for now, we are only aware of there being delays as Canada Post employees avoid working overtime. We have temporarily disabled Duties and Taxes Unpaid (DDU) as an option to the affected postal codes to ensure your orders do not get lost or significantly delayed. We will instead be defaulting to our Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP) shipping option, which will redirect to other carriers.

As noted in February, we are aware of the possibility of another Canada Post strike action as early as May 23, 2025, pending current negotiations. We are in constant communication with our shipping partners to implement workarounds as needed to ensure little to no disruption for our shipments into Canada.

Please rest assured that our team is monitoring the situation, and we will keep everyone informed of any changes to our services to Canada in this notice.
